1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sd99 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all other features offered under the sd99 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and sd99 (the "Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the sd99 Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any requirement may result in account suspension or permanent closure at sd99's sole discretion.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sd99 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local laws. Compliance with local laws is your sole responsibility.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction on sd99's restricted territories list, which may be updated without prior notice.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each Player may maintain only one registered account on sd99. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including any activity by a third party who accesses it with or without your knowledge.

• aYou must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username, password, or any one-time access code with any third party under any circumstances.
• bNotify sd99 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• csd99 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• dAccounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or gifted to another person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate permanent closure of all accounts involved.
• esd99 may close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable basis to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or use of the account in connection with criminal activity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

sd99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No deposit fee is charged on any supported payment method.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions. Players must read these conditions in full before initiating any transaction on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. sd99 may set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification of account ownership and identity.
• Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. Funds under an unsatisfied wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met.
• sd99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network operators, or banking institutions. Typical processing times are shown in the Platform's payment information section.
• sd99 may refuse or reverse any transaction it reasonably suspects involves fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

sd99 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as displayed at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• aBonuses are credited only after all specified conditions are met, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, and opt-in requirements.
• bAll bonuses carry wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms at opt-in. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion.
• csd99 may withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a credited bonus if it determines the bonus was claimed in error, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms.
• dMultiple accounts used to claim the same bonus will result in all bonuses being forfeited and all accounts permanently closed. Systematic abuse of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• eFree spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on the game titles specified. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sd99 Platform. Any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes on any game or betting market, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your registered account to place bets or access the Platform.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with any payment provider in respect of deposits made to your sd99 account, except where sd99 has failed to process a legitimate withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe.

sd99 actively monitors all accounts for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is detected, sd99 may void bets, reverse transactions, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the sd99 Platform are governed by the following general betting rules, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual sports, events, or game types published in the Platform's game-specific terms sections.

• aAll bets are final once confirmed. sd99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error.
• bOdds are subject to change without notice. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in odds, sd99 may void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• csd99 may limit the maximum bet amount on any market, event, or game type at any time, and may impose individual account betting limits to manage risk.
• dIf a sporting event or match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with sd99's event-specific settlement rules. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be returned to Players.

8 Responsible Gaming

sd99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms of online gambling. The Platform provides deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion tools to help Players manage their gambling activity.

Players who feel their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools on the Platform or contact sd99 customer support for assistance. All responsible gaming requests are handled promptly and in complete confidence.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the sd99 Platform — including software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, audio, video, text, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of sd99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without sd99's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sd99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including the following:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, technical failure, or any interruption of service, whether or not caused by sd99.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from changes to the Platform's features, game content, betting markets, or promotional offers.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

sd99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. sd99 does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

sd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay aware of any changes.

Where a proposed amendment would materially affect your rights as a Player, sd99 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the relevant jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a Player and sd99, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through sd99's customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
